1) Your role:
As our entrepreneur in residence, you are largely responsible for the operational development of our company, community development and the successful market launch of our app. You work closely with the founders and shape the strategic and operational direction of the company.
2) Your responsibilities:
- Operational management: You control daily business processes and ensure an efficient organizational structure.
- Product Management: You will lead the product development team to ensure that our app meets the needs of our target group and remains state-of-the-art.
- Community Building: You will develop and implement strategies to create and grow our online community to promote strong engagement and active participation.
- Marketing and Branding: You will design and lead innovative marketing campaigns to increase app visibility and build a strong brand identity.
- Launch: You plan and monitor the launch of the app to ensure it is seamless and successful.
- Financing: You will develop and implement capital raising strategies in close collaboration with the founders and build relationships with potential investors, venture capital firms and strategic partners.
3) Your qualifications:
- Experience in business management or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven success in product management and market launch.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and community building.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give convincing presentations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement visions.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team.
